The closest airport is Barcelona–El Prat (BCN), about 25 minutes from Sitges by car. The easiest option is a taxi or pre-booked transfer from the airport (roughly €40–60). If you prefer the train, the R2 Sud line runs from the airport to Sitges with one quick change at El Prat de Llobregat station — about 40 minutes total and just a few euros. If you're spending time in Barcelona first, direct trains to Sitges leave regularly from Barcelona-Sants and Passeig de Gràcia stations and take about 35–40 minutes. Once you're in Sitges, everything is walkable — the town is compact, seaside, and best explored on foot.

Logistics On Wedding Day:Getting to the venue is easy — Almiral de la Font is about a 10-minute drive from the center of Sitges, so please plan to take a taxi or rideshare on your way there. At the end of the night, we've arranged a return shuttle to bring everyone back to town, with drop-offs at both Meliá Sitges and Hotel Calipolis. And of course, please stay wherever suits you best, whether that's one of our recommended hotels, a different spot, or an Airbnb. Hotel Locations:Meliá Sitges: Located in a quieter area by the port, this hotel offers a tranquil atmosphere. It's about a 12–15-minute walk to the town center, allowing you to enjoy the scenic route.Calipolis: This hotel is situated right in the heart of Sitges, next to the main seafront. Being centrally located, it places you right in the middle of all the lively activities and attractions.

Before we say "I do," we'd love to say hello! Join us the evening before the wedding for welcome drinks on the rooftop terrace of Hotel MiM Sitges, from 8:00 to 9:30 PM. We'll be gathering in the terrace's central lounge area with cocktails and a spread of delicious tapas. Add sunset views over Sitges and the Mediterranean, and it's the perfect way to kick off the weekend, catch up with familiar faces, and meet new ones before the big day.Dress is relaxed and summery — come as you are, drink in hand by 8:00. We'll be celebrating at Almiral de la Font, a historic Catalan country estate tucked into the hills just outside Sitges. Dating back centuries, the masia sits surrounded by gardens, olive trees, and views stretching toward the Mediterranean — the kind of place that feels both grand and completely relaxed. The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors across the estate's terraces and gardens, so you'll get golden-hour light, warm evening air, and plenty of room to wander with a drink in hand. The venue is about a 10-minute drive from the center of Sitges — please plan to arrange your own taxi or rideshare to get there, but at the end of the night a shuttle will bring everyone back to town, with drop-offs at both the Meliá and Calipolis. Summer festive — look sharp, stay cool. Think suits or linen blazers in light colors, sundresses, jumpsuits, or anything you'd wear to a stylish Mediterranean dinner party. No ties needed (it's August in Spain, we wouldn't do that to you). The ceremony and reception are outdoors, so breathable fabrics are your friend, and ladies may want to skip stilettos in favor of block heels or flats for the garden terrain. Most importantly: wear something you can dance in.

Wedding Day — Saturday, August 22 6:30 PM — Welcome DrinksArrive at Almiral de la Font and settle in with a drink in hand. Please plan your taxi or rideshare so you're at the venue by 6:30. 7:15 PM — CeremonyWe say "I do" in the gardens as the evening cools and the light turns golden. 8:00 PM — Cocktail HourDrinks and bites across the terraces, with sunset around 8:40 — you'll want to be outside with a glass in hand for it. 9:30 PM — DinnerWe sit down to dinner under the evening sky, followed by cake, toasts, and a cava tower moment you won't want to miss. 12:00 AM — Open Bar &amp; DancingThe party keeps going with an open bar and the dance floor in full swing. 1:30–3:30 AM — Return ShuttlesShuttles will run back to Sitges throughout this window, with drop-offs at Meliá Sitges and Hotel Calipolis. Stay for the last dance or slip out early — there will be multiple trips.
